課題
表計算では履歴が途切れる
材料は荷受けから出荷までに五回姿を変えます。その一つひとつが、書類と現物がずれる機会になります。
“How much is in WIP?”
材料は鍛造と熱処理の間、あるいは機械加工待ちで滞留します。数量を誰も答えられなければ、計画は当て推量になり在庫はずれていきます。
“Where did the weight go?”
切断ロス、端材、スケール、酸化減量はいずれも材料を消費します。記録せず見積もりに頼れば、投入と産出は決して一致しません。

六つの工程を、ひとつの記録で
各工程は前工程の在庫を消費し、次工程へ在庫を生み出します。二重入力はなく、溶解番号が途中で失われることもありません。

溶解番号を入力すると、六工程すべてにわたって関係した伝票を順に確認できます。残高の推移と出荷までの連鎖も併せて表示します。
下書きと確定の分離
在庫が動くのは確定時であり、保存時ではありません。書きかけの伝票が在庫数を壊すことはありません。
追記のみの元帳
すべての移動は一度書かれ、そのまま保持されます。残高は元帳から導かれるため、どの数字も説明できます。
印刷対応のレポート
入荷明細、在庫、工程・品目別の仕掛品、移動明細、スクラップ分析 — いずれも印刷ビュー付きです。
