In the US, Germany and Japan, the subscription is quoted per plant after a scoping call. Every engagement also includes a one-time implementation fee that covers data migration, configuration and training, delivered remotely. We quote it once we know your plants and your data, so there is no published figure.

A plant is one physical facility. Locations inside that facility — a stockroom, a heat treat line, a machining bay — are unlimited and are how material is tracked as it moves through the shop.
Yes. Heat numbers, with mill, country of melt, country of pour, grade and supplier, can be imported from a CSV file. Item records, grades, bar sizes, suppliers and opening stock balances are loaded as part of setup, so you start from your real on-hand quantities rather than from zero.
Yes. You can attach the mill certificate (PDF, JPG or PNG) to each heat number, alongside its country of melt, country of pour and mill. The file is kept in private storage and is available only to your organization. Ongoing Forge does not issue, validate or revision-control certificates.
The heat number is recorded on every stock movement from receiving through cutting to release into forging, so stock stays separated by heat up to that point. Heat treatment, machining and dispatch are linked to it through the chain of documents rather than held as separate stock per heat.
